Two of the MED sector’s most controversial companies, Emblem and Aleafia, announced they were merging, as Aleafia acquired Ontario LP Emblem, its products, and customer service/ecommerce platform in an C$173.2M all-share transaction. The companies claim the merger will create the largest network of MED clinics in the country.
